Technical maintenance of equipment, a set of planned preventive measures, preventive maintenance are effective tools for increasing the efficiency and long-term operation of any equipment, therefore our company carries out maintenance and repair of equipment at official service dealers of VOLVO, Komatsu, CAT, Atlas Copco, etc.

With continuous operation and heavy loads on the mechanisms, small breakdowns often occur. For the fastest possible problem solution, as well as for daily production on the line, our company has its own service of mechanics.

”DEC” Ltd has at its disposal all the necessary infrastructure to ensure continuous work in comfortable conditions.

For the accommodation of workers at careers, our company uses container change houses:

Residential container - designed for accommodation of workers with a capacity of 8 persons, equipped with air conditioning.
The foreman's container - designed for recording documentation, issuing work orders, undergoing a medical examination of workers, sending operational data via a PC connected to the Internet, and housing the engineering staff.
Mechanic's Container - designed for keeping the mechanic's documentation, as well as to store tools and small-sized spare parts.
Shower container - designed for ensuring normal sanitary and hygienic working conditions for workers.
Canteen container - designed for eating.
Container boiler room - equipped with a modern solid fuel boiler and equipment, designed to supply heat to the entire town.

The electricity
consumption
of the entire town is 10 kWh

To provide the facility with diesel fuel, our company uses tank semi-trailers with a capacity of 38 000 litres up to 44 000 litres.

Direct refueling of mechanisms is carried out with the help of tankers with a volume of 7030 litres.

The leading engineering and technical staff is provided with the necessary park of cars.
